Native Louisvillian, Jody Wright, began playing the drums at the age of 12, honing his skills on a variety of styles to include rock, blues and fusion. Throughout his career, Jody has played the club circuit along the entire East Coast. From New York to Florida, he has lent his solid, passionate back-beats to dozens of projects, opening for bands such as .38 Special, and providing studio work for aspiring acts.

Jody prides himself on being able to "keep up with Dave" (bassist David Hasinfelt) and lists his influences as John Bonham, Terry Bozzio, Rod Morgenstein, and Tommy Aldridge, to name a few.

Jody's favorite color is clear. "It goes with everything," he said.
